Is it ok to place a big subwoofer next to a big UPS with regards to elecromagnetic interference?

My current setup requires the ups (battery backup) to be near a klipsch subwoofer (promedia 4.1). Would that have any kind of interferences? Thanks.

  1. I never had a problem with a UPS causing interference with Speakers
